  • Lead the development of controls in support of  pump products; including algorithm development, software development, electronics interface development, and supplier development.
  • Lead the implementation and software calibration for new product controls in embedded or development electronics for demonstration and customer systems
  • Lead in the understanding and implementation of automotive communication protocols in  pump products and prototypes (such as CAN)
  • Assist in the understanding and implementation of proper controls and electronics in the testing of pump products
  • Assist in system understanding and simulation to optimize  pump products performance and benefit
  • Help install an engineering infrastructure utilizing the latest tools in control system simulation, hardware in the loop testing, algorithm implementation, target coding, and software development


  • Master’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred or Mechanical)
  • 15 years experience in product design and development
  • Experience in pump components and systems
  • Experience with and Knowledge of Control Theory
  • Detailed understanding of pump design processes
  • Good presentation skills and experience
  • Familiarity with statistical methods for data analysis
  • Experience and knowledge in the TS16949 procedure and documentation requirements of the lab activity
  • Computer Skills in Microsoft Office products.
  • Proficiency in CAE modeling (Such as Simulink)
